mgbd Terms and Conditions — Your Rights and Responsibilities

1 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the mgbd platform and all of its services. "Platform" refers to the mgbd website, its mobile version, and all gaming services provided through it.

When you create an account on mgbd, log in, or use any service, you are legally considered to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using this platform.

mgbd reserves the right to change or amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect as soon as they are published on this page. If you continue to use the platform after any changes, you are considered to have accepted the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

mgbd services are available only to individuals aged 21 (twenty-one) or older. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating accounts, playing games, or placing any kind of bet. We reserve the right to verify age, and any account found to be in violation of the age requirement will be closed immediately.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each individual may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name is considered a violation of these Terms and may result in all accounts being cancelled and any pending withdrawals being forfeited.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating an account. In the event of false or misleading information, mgbd reserves the right to close the account and withhold funds.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately. mgbd will not be liable for any loss arising from your own negligence.

• Change your password regularly and avoid using easily guessable passwords.
• Do not share your login details with any third party.
• Always log out after using a public or shared device.
• Stay alert to phishing emails and suspicious links.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

4.1 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal

The minimum deposit amount at mgbd is ৳200, which applies to all payment methods. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods

mgbd currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). No other methods are accepted.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

mgbd generally processes successfully verified withdrawal requests within 10 to 45 minutes. For bank transfers, the processing time of the relevant bank applies.

4.4 Source of Funds

You confirm that the funds you deposit are obtained from legitimate sources. In the case of suspicious transactions, mgbd reserves the right to investigate the account and, if necessary, hold the deposited funds.

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus and a total balance of ৳3,000; depositing ৳12,000 gives the maximum ৳10,000 bonus and a total balance of ৳22,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10x wagering requirement applies to the bonus (calculated on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus). For example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period; if not used within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless the promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonuses may only be used for legitimate gaming activity.
• If there is evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation, mgbd reserves the right to forfeit the bonus and any associated winnings.
• mgbd reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

6 VIP Program and Rewards

mgbd's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Through regular play, you can advance to a higher tier.

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.4%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 1.2%.

VIP benefits may change at mgbd's discretion. The permanence of any specific benefit cannot be guaranteed. The final decision on VIP tier assignment rests solely with mgbd.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on mgbd:

• Fraud, hacking, use of bots or automated software.
• Bonus abuse or exploiting system vulnerabilities.
• Stealing another user's information or attempting unauthorized access to their account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Harassing or abusing other users or staff.
• Claiming bonus benefits through two or more accounts.
• Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes.

If evidence of any of the above prohibited activities is found, mgbd will immediately close the account, forfeit all funds, and take legal action if necessary.

8 Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the mgbd platform — logos, designs, graphics, text, software, and other materials — is the intellectual property of mgbd. Reproducing, distributing, or modifying any part of this content without prior written permission from mgbd is prohibited.

Content from game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, etc.) is protected under their own intellectual property laws and their terms also apply.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

How your personal information is collected, stored, and used is described in detail in our Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is an inseparable part of these Terms.

mgbd uses SSL encryption and modern cybersecurity measures to keep your information secure. However, no transmission of data over the internet is completely secure — you are also responsible for protecting your own device and network.

10 Responsible Gaming

12 Limitation of Liability

• Issues caused by third-party software or technology failures.
• Damage caused by the user's own negligence.
• Service disruption due to natural disasters or other unavoidable causes.

13 Account Closure and Termination

13.1 By the User

You may close your account at any time by requesting it from our support team. Please request a withdrawal of your available balance before closing the account.

13.2 By mgbd

In the event of a Terms violation, mgbd may close an account without prior notice. The obligation to explain the reason for closure applies only where these Terms specify it.
